Granada Open House - Sunday, March 9, 12-6 pm
The SB Center for the Performing Arts is at the end of its restoration of The Granada, set to open in March. Renovations included addition of period fixtures and re-hanging the original chandelier, stored in a closed-off balcony for years. Carrillo Northbound On-Ramp Closure Next Week
A project to widen the northbound Hwy 101 on-ramp and install a ramp meter from the Carrillo under-crossing to the Micheltorena pedestrian over-crossing will begin on Monday, February 4, weather permitting. The northbound on-ramp will be closed Monday-Friday, 9 pm-6 am and Saturday, February 9,11:30 pm-6 am. Daytime construction is scheduled to begin Monday, February 11, and the project is expected to be complete in October 2008.
